Frequently asked questions
Why can't I watch a live stream on some matches?
The Watch Live Stream option only appears on matches we currently provide a stream for. If a match has no stream configured, you'll still get full live scores and the match centre, but no in-app stream for that game.
I'm not receiving match notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled for AiGoal in your phone's Settings → Apps → Notifications, and that you've allowed alerts inside the app. On some devices, battery-saver or "deep sleep" settings can delay push notifications.
Scores or streams aren't loading
Check your internet connection and pull to refresh. If a stream stalls, try switching to another server in the player. If problems continue, email us with your device model and Android version.
The stream plays then goes black
Some streams are protected and depend on the source. Try another server option, ensure the app is updated to the latest version, and restart the stream. If it persists on all matches, contact support.
How do I delete my account and data?
Visit our Delete Account page and follow the steps. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Is AiGoal Football Live TV free?
Yes — the app is free to download and use. It's supported by advertising, which helps us keep improving it.
