This Privacy Policy explains how AiGoal Football Live TV, developed by Mysticcraftz (GoalMind Studios), handles information when you use the app.

- Account identifier — if you sign in, a user ID that identifies your account.
- App preferences — favorite teams/leagues and settings you choose, so we can personalise your feed.
- Push token — a Firebase Cloud Messaging token used to deliver match and goal notifications (only if you enable them).
- Usage & diagnostics — anonymous, aggregated analytics and crash data that help us keep the app fast and stable.
- Approximate viewing activity — a non-identifying signal used to show live viewer counts on streams.
How we use information
- To display live scores, fixtures, streams and match details.
- To personalise your favorites feed and remember your settings.
- To send the notifications you opt into.
- To measure performance, fix bugs and improve features.
- To show advertising that helps keep the app free.
Third-party services
The app relies on trusted third parties that process data under their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase — analytics, cloud messaging and app infrastructure.
- Advertising partners (including CAS.AI and Google AdMob) — to serve and measure ads.
- Sports data providers — to supply live scores, fixtures and statistics.
Advertising partners may use device identifiers to show relevant ads. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings at any time.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with the service providers above, as needed to operate the app, or where required by law.
Data retention & deletion
We keep account-related data only while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from our Delete Account page. We complete verified requests within 30 days, except where limited records must be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
Children
AiGoal Football Live TV is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
