How to request deletion
Send us a deletion request by email and we'll remove your account and associated data from our systems.
Email support@goalmindstudios.com from the email address linked to your account in AiGoal Football Live TV.
Use the subject line "Delete my account — AiGoal Football Live TV" so we can find it quickly.
If you signed in without an email, include your in-app User ID (found in the app's Settings) so we can identify your account.
We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days and email you once it's done.
What gets deleted
When your request is processed, we permanently delete the data tied to your account, including:
- Your account identifier and sign-in details
- App preferences and saved settings (favorites, etc.)
- The push-notification token used to send match alerts
- In-app activity associated with your account
What we may keep, and for how long
We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it or to prevent fraud and abuse. Such data is kept only as long as legally necessary and is not used to re-create your account. Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained.
Third-party services (for example Google Firebase and advertising partners) process data under their own policies. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems; you can also manage device-level identifiers in your phone's settings.
